Please include your name, your address, your pet's name, and a phone number in your email in order for us to fill your request. We can call you for your credit card information or you can pay using PayPal. For a prescription-only item, you need to be a client of Dowlen Road Vet Center or the Winnie Vet Center and we will need you pet's information. For a prescription medication refill, please be aware of the following requirements: 1) Federal Law prohibits the dispensing of certain medications without examination or prescription. 2) Doctor Review of Pet Record. 3) Order Paid in Full. Shipping charges will be based on weight of the items shipped.
